Legal Fees
We openly explain what the cost of legal assistance consists of and agree on the scope of work before support begins.
The prices below are starting reference points. After a brief analysis of the situation, the attorney will propose a format of work that fits your specific request.
Our Fees
The client should understand not only the amount, but also the result they receive for that fee. That is why we explain the stages of work, approximate timing, required documents and possible ways to resolve the matter in advance.
Oral Consultation
A quick analysis of the situation, answers to key questions and an initial action plan.
Court Representation
Preparation of the position, participation in hearings, procedural actions and protection of the client’s interests.
Written Consultation
A detailed legal opinion with references to legislation and recommendations.
Contract Preparation
Drafting or reviewing a contract with risks, liability and the client’s interests in mind.
Preparation of a Statement of Claim
Formation of the legal position, claim structure, evidence base and procedural documents.
Attorney Request
Preparation and submission of an official request to obtain documents, information or evidence.
The final cost depends on the complexity of the case, the volume of documents, deadlines, the number of procedural actions and whether the attorney must participate in negotiations or court hearings.
How the Fee Is Formed
- we define the purpose of the request and the desired result;
- we assess documents, evidence and procedural deadlines;
- we propose a clear format: consultation, document, support or court representation;
- we agree on the scope of work so the client understands exactly what they are paying for.
What the Client Receives
- professional analysis of the legal situation;
- an honest assessment of prospects without unnecessary promises;
- preparation of documents, applications, contracts or requests;
- support in communication with the other party, authorities or the court.
